That flat green and Brown one is a Merulina Coral. IMO a very easy coral to care for but they do grow slowly. The stylo, will change from hot pink to purple. Mine does that all the time. My stylo grows like crazy. I hope yours does a little better for you. Once you fins the right spot it will take off. I moved mine around for the first two or three months before it really took off.

I will have to stay with my current light setup as my budget it TIGHT. I will keep an eye on the monti; how fast do they grow? What should I be looking for trouble wise with its health?

A new skimmer is high on the list to replace and hopefully real soon. It's a POS in my opinion. But I didn't have any corals when I bought it.

And I appreciate everyone's feedback!
