I will mix for 5 minutes and let sit for a few minutes so the blender doesnt get to hot and heat the mush. Than blend another 5 minutes and sit for a few minutes and so on. I try to mix it for a total of 20 minutes to make a runny milk shake mixture. Put in ice cube trays and freeze. The cubes should be small or cut in half with feedings. A little goes along way.
