just watched my LFS unpack its new coral shipment

wow. holy crap. it was like super christmas.

anyways, i MUST have some corals! unfortunatly i currently only have a 17w actinic and a 17w 10k flourescent. what kinda corals can i get that dont have strong lighting needs?

Mushrooms, sun polyps... I have both and some ricordea in a 3 gal pico with 9w lights...

Sun polyp first come to mind. Have demanding feeding regime, but you seem like a hands on kind of guy.

We're talking about two different things here in separate posts. You can feed your polyps with a turkey baster or smaller, plastic pipette. Anyhow, you will figure it out.

i currently target feed my inverts microvert with a syringe. i cant really verify if its working because they dont say thank you or anything. basically i just squirt a cloud of microvert over their bodies, and thats about it.
