need help removing anemome

i have two longt tentacled anemomes in 55 gal with clownfish they just started to move around after 3 years and are close to my clams. how can i remove them safely from the glass or rock they are on with out tearing there foot

I've read of increasing the flow in their direction and they will move. They apparently don't like too much flow.

I've used a pancake spatula to gently lift them off the glass. It only works if the foot is on glass though.

Try a paint brush.
It worked for me on a sebae.
The bristles genlty irritate the skin and it SLOWLY peals back.
It's not a fast process.
