Re: too many?

As long as they are the same type of anemone I don't think it matters. I have seen entire tanks full of BTA's. However, the more anemones you have, means a whole lot of tentacles to catch fish.

Re: too many?

Well the Sebae if it survives long term can grow quite large {2' to 3'} and the BTA's tend to split frequently in captivity so in no time your tank could be loaded with Anemones so you'd probably have difficulty keeping any corals in there. I wouldn't be concerned with the BTA's capturing any fish unless it's weak or dying but the Sebae although not as voracious as the carpet Anemones they still can catch a fish off guard.

Re: too many?

1 sebae per 55. I wouldn't add any other anems to my tank.
I keep expecting it to eat small children.

2 to 3'? @!*;". I thought 18" max. shoot.

Re: too many?

did you attach a rock to the glass in order to get the xenia to move onto the glass?

Re: too many?

Just put a rock with xenia near the glass. It will crawl up and attach itself.

Re: too many?

I rubberbanded the rock to a small magnet then attached the rock w/xenia to the back glass with an outside magnet.
The xenia climbs up the back glass to get closer to the light.

Working so far.

Re: too many?

Oooh I should try that.
Might get better reception.
How do you check to see if an anemone is digital or analog?
