Re: bubble tip stuck in surface skimmer

ok i got him out , by turning pumps off and slowly nudging him, does not look like he got cut at all, he just left a little bit of mucus behind. He is still trying to find himself a spot in the tank, and he was on the top rock near the skimming device.

Shut it down and wait for him to let loose. You can prod him a little, just be careful.

Re: bubble tip stuck in surface skimmer

If you want him to move on his own change light or provide brighter light for him to move to through the sides or ather part of the system. also flow is important so make sure you have proper flow within the tank.

Re: bubble tip stuck in surface skimmer

you don't really want to move an anenome especially one that is stressed they will move to where they see fit if they need more light they will move higher up if they need less they'll move lower if they just want a new perch they'll move...if they see and open powerhead or filter you be darn sure they're gonna b more curious then a cat and then usually don't have 9 lives
