More flowers

Here's some others I've had and sold over the years.

Pizza anemone, never had any luck with these. Poor shippers I guess. ;[

Shots of a rbta that spawned in my old 58, 5 years ago. I had forgotten how overrun my tank was with algae back then. lol Macro algae doesn't stand a chance in my tanks now with all my tangs.

Re: Thinking on an Anemone...

I really like the orange nems reefgoddess!!!

I had a Long Tentacle Anemone in my 100 gallon. IMO they are good starter nems. I got mine at about 5 inches. He grew much faster than I expected. I had him for about 6 months. Then I sold him. He was about the size of a basketball at that point.

Once a tank is matured, stable water parameters are met, and lighting is strong enough, then nems are not too difficult to maintain IMO. Many people just dont have the patience to wait the proper amount of time required to have a stable tank.

All I can say is do some research!!!
Good Luck ~Michael

Re: Thinking on an Anemone...

BTAs can thrive in water that is that HAS NITRATES/PHOSPHATES AS CAN BE SEEN WITH THE MACRO ALGEAS IN Reef Goddesses tank. Setting up a screen several inches from a powerhead is good as too close can cause damage from the screen due to the sunction created by the intake. An egg crate "box" around the intake works nicely.

Sorry 'bout the caps, too lazy to retype!
