malu wont base its foot, how long will it take for one to settle and chose a place to stay, will i lose it if it went behind?

Are you speaking of the Heteractis Malu ?
If so this Anemone is difficult to keep and until it finds a comfortable spot it will continue to move. What color is the Anemone ? Is it sticky and does it react to the touch ? What type of lighting are you using, how many watts and what are the dimensions of the tank ?

hi yes it a Heteractis malu - Hawaii Anemone, tank is 4x2xnearly 2, it holds 420l. its colour has come back but no foot basing at all.
