What is my BTA doing?

he's new in my tank, i've had him for 3 days. this morning he was fine, but this afternoon i come and see this:

i say this as my best advice to a beginner. do not,,,and i repeat,,,,,DO NOT look at my tank as an example....i have a well practised eye, decades of experience, and a trunkload of failures to allow me to force the issue and get away with things most cannot~

looks like a nano from the ratio of the distortion in the first pic... probably not adequate lighting... anemones NEED metal halide, and a mature, stable tank. if you do have that, i apologize, i'm just trying to read off the pics.

I have a stable 12G nano, 50 watts PC, lighting is ok for a BTA
