Travis says something about the server is not set up to handle it for all members. Just the chosen ones. lol He also said you slipped between the cracks somehow, so don't say anything or your membership in the chosen may be revoked. lol

| Social Darwinism victim | Re: Anemone Club! I love these!! I have (many) questions, need some direction on where to start: are those tomato clowns with the yellow through the white stripes? awesome!! I REALLY REALLY want to get a pair of clowns and an anemone for them. I'm having a little difficulty finding info on "hearty" anemones (.coms all say "not for the beginner") and what anemones are the best choices for hosting clowns. Any suggestions on anemones for dummies reading? I've heard tank-raised clowns don't host at all. True? I'm lusting after a pair of B&W, I keep seeing B&W saddlebacks, tank raised, they seem easy to get. What kind of lighting is necessary for these guys? I'm not set up just yet for MH. I do have lots of time, I have a 37g cycling and as I understand it it's better for anemones to go in an established tank. Thanks for any help!!

| The Wand Geek was here. ;) ![]() | Re: Anemone Club! I would recommend a bubble tip anemone for those who have never owned an anemone before. BTA are less demanding and can be kept under power compact lighting and tend to be more forgiving than most to less than optimal water quality. They come in several colors too ![]() Both of my current pairs of clowns are tank bred yet they are living in my anemones so don't be afraid to purchase tank bred.

| Achilles Tang | Re: Anemone Club! How about LTAs? Will they do ok under PCs? My hubby came home with a GLTA a couple of weeks ago, because he wanted it for our Clarki. I have been afraid to mention it until now. You guys aren't going to beat me with wet seaweed are you? I will gladly turn in my husband if those are the consequences, hehehe ![]()
