Your list looks pretty good, except I have a couple of criticisms.

#1.) If you're planning on making this into a reef you may have problems with the Regal Angel taking out corals, along with the Flame Angel. Also even though these are two angels from different genus you may have aggression problems between them, yet again, you may not.

#2.) Why not have two different types of Fairy Wrasse, it might add some more variety. Unless of course you're trying for a mated pair. then by all means. lol

#3.) Your first intoductory group seems sort of large, you may want to split it into, Group 1: Clown Gobies, and the Fairy Wrasses and Group 2: Anthias

#4.) I see what you have for Biological filtration, but what will you be running for a skimmer? With that fish load you'll want quite a heavy duty skimmer to handle the waste production. Try to run as big of a skimmer as you can afford. ASM for example.

I like how you chose to put some variety in your tank fish-wise and inverts, and by no means do I mean to criticize, just putting out some of the things that I would look more into. I wish to you a happy and healthy reef. I like to see people putting a lot of thought into their planning. Karma to you
