My guess is that you are having problems connecting to secure sites. This may be an Internet setting. I’m assuming that you are using Internet Explorer. If not then try connecting using IE.

Give this a try.

1. On the menu bar at the top of the page click Tools and then click on Internet Options
2. Click on the Security tab
3. Click on the Internet icon to highlight it
4. Click the Default Level button if it is enabled.
5. Click on the Advanced tab.
6. Scroll down to the bottom to the Security section. Make sure all the boxes that start with “Use SSL” are checked.
7. If one isn’t check then check it and then click OK to close the dialog
8. Close all browser windows and then reopen the browser and try again
