| When was the fish added to the tank ? Is this a FO or a reef ? What are the parameters ? How long has the tank been setup ? Do your fish scratch against the rocks or have white dots through out their body ? Rid Ick is used for treating crypto irritans not fungus. The cloudy eye could in fact be popeye which would need an antibiotic or it could be secondary bacterial infection because of crypto irritans but without more info it's difficult to tell.
