One of the tips I could give you for a beginning is, if at all possible, buy the best equiptment you can afford! This will prevent you from having to purchase the same equiptment again by upgrading! For example, when we first bought our set-up, we purchased lighting that the LFS recommended. Which of course, wasn't what we needed! Spent $200.00! With-in 4 months, had to upgrade to MH lights! Another $500.00!
