| Its not good to mix different kinds of clowns. They are very territorial!!! The fish is probably stressed. Sorry to say it, but I would remove one of the clowns.
It is also VERY rare for clowns to get ich. As far as treatment, nothing beats good water quality and low stress. You could also try a garlic food supplement.
