You can get the fixtures at home depot, I picked some up for like 11 dollars they do come with a cheap reflector, so I took some more of those polished aluminim sheets I had lying around from the old days, and cut them so they get a snug fit in the housing. After that I drilled a few holes in the housing, to put the bolts for to keep the base in tightly, and messed around with it a little bit, and got the bulb in there safetly.

The first day after setup, water or something splashed on the glass and it all shattered, but luckily stayed in place, my first reaction was oh s***, but lucks been good from there on, no wrasses jumping and spashing big enough to break it.
