| I just had to change out some fish. In my home tank I recently had to change out some long time inhabitants. They included a harlequin tusk, black volitan, snowflake eel, niger trigger, and my personal favorite clown trigger! I thought I was defying the odds for the longest and was successful in doing so. Everyone was stoked when they heard what I had in my reef. I had a lot of corals, I had 2 percs, 1 black clown, a lawnmower blenny, and a tiny scooter blenny that were never bothered by my fish. I kept them all well fed of course. It wasn't until the week of Christmas when I first purchased a few purple and blue gorgonians. That was the end of my crazy tank. I had to pull the triggers out immediately due to the biting of the gorgonian's limbs. I was so upset that I said if they had to go, all of the mean ones were going. So, now all I have is a large yellow tang, purple tang, lawnmower blenny, scooter blenny, neon dottyback, maroon gold striped clown, black clown, blackray shrimp goby, and a flame hawk. I've been trying to catch the flame hawk for two weeks and have yet to be successful. I want him so I can get some shrimp once again. So, I figured everyone would get a few laughs out of me for having all those fish that I wasn't supposed to have in there to begin with, but if anyone has any advice on catching that flame hawk please feel free to tell me. Thanks a lot. Tanner F. |
