Regarding the condensation and humidity! I have spoken with "Mr4000" on numerous occasions while planning my tank and have taken the neccessary pre-cautions to ensure I do not have any of the issues he had.
He was running 1000W Halides and I will be running 400's, his tank was also nearly four times the size of mine. I will have an air exchanger installed to remove air from the fishroom and bring in fresh air, and the room is going to be sealed off from the rest of the house with a vapor barrier, greenboard (water-proof drywall), and then coating with a mold, and milldew resistant paint. |
