I just think that the Niger would be to hit or miss to risk adding to a reef tank. Some are very well behaved, others are totally the opposite.
A bursa will love your tank, but you won't love it back He will devour everything in site, inverts and maybe small fish included.
IMO, triggers in this genus are more compatible for a reef setup

HTH a little bit. BTW, when I went to Japan and stopped by the Aquarium in Yokohama they had a tank with probably 20 or so crosshatch triggers. Amazing site.
And I think adding a male and female bluethroat might be a cool addition still
