Those clip on fans work great over sumps if you don't have much room. You could also get 1 or 2 small 3-4" fans and set them up on top of the tank blowing across the surface of the water, and make sure there's a place for fresh air to circulate in/out of the canopy. I had one 3" fan on one end of my tank, and my temp was still 82-93, then I played around with it and moved it to the middle of the tank just sitting on the eggcrate top, and my tank is now a stable 80 deg.
