You should cover all overflows and ph with plastic screening. I would feed it a piece of silverside as soon as it anchors itself and looks happy. I have had 2 rbta for quite sometime and they don't move. One is located at the bottom of the tank and the other is about 1/2 way. One has strong flow and the other medium flow but they're both very happy.
