Never allow either to sustain damage or go without eating. Quarrelling is very normal but if it gets severe, you could put the dominant one in a breeder net (in the tank) for a few weeks. Release it later and try again. This 'tiime out' will allow the other to rest and eat.

If they are both juveniles, they will get along eventually. It is just a matter of time.
