| If you have a QT tank you can try to get it out and put in the QT tank for a while. I am by no means a Wrasse expert but it sounds to me like you may have a Dragon Wrasse? I have seem them display some very weird behavior in tanks before similar to what you said about them swimming. If it is some type of Fin Rot I think they sell dips for that. Other then that with out a QT tank you have to just keep feeding it and hope for the best.
