I would drop the Brine for Mysis. The only other one there I have ever used is the Formula One. Great stuff. I am not to sure about that Seaweed Supreme, looks interesting. I prefer Nori for grazing. The Garlic Gaurd is a waste of money and I am not to sure about any of Sally's foods. From what I rememeber ther is a copper ingredient in the gel binders? I cannot remember.
