I work in the product safety area of my company now (chemical company), and read and review MSDS several times a day, and I don't see any hazardous chemicals listed. The MSDS looks pretty safe, but I personally wouldn't put it in my tank. This part bothered me a bit: "Hazardous Decomposition Products: Oxides of carbon, oxides of sulfur, aromatic compounds, formaldehyde, hydrogen cyanide." But, I think this most likely refers to releases if the material was burned. The product was obviously not designed to clean the inside of a SW tank, but BigAl07 hasn't seen any problems using it.
