Blennie flashing

hello all. fist a little about my tank. 46 gallon bow salitnity 1.21 amonia 0 nitrites .25 nitrates 10 ph 8.2 compact flourescent acitinic and 10K/. midas blenny, bicolor blenny, two O clowns and a pink spotted goby, few corals some zoos, hammer, acan, two chalices and a brain. i have two power heads koralia 3 and 2 i have a skimmer a wet dry with some bio bals and a Oceanic chiller 1/10 hp temp always 76 ok now the problem my two blennies having flashing for the last two days i don't know what could it be they stand in front of the power heads and than they start diving down from the top of the tank straight to the sand oh by the way 45 punds live rock and about an inch of live sand that came from a year old tank. the tank has been set up for 5 and half weeks. anyone know what may be causng this?
