Bullseye shrimp aren't known for pairing

I have a pistol shrimp, not entirely sure of the species, which is 3" long or so in the body now. I doubt it will ever pair up, but seems unconcerned with fish. My tiger gobies swim in and out of his burrow all the time. He doesn't seem to care.

To trap shrimps I usually use a water bottle. I cut off the lid, put some bait in the bottom, and invert the lid so like a funnel and insert it in the rest of the bottle. Not sure if it will work with the pistol, but its a cheap thing to try
