sharks, im still using the nikon coolpix 990 and to be honest im not using any close up lens but the sl-1 coollight wich give more clarity and definition when taking close shots, also many of the corals are not too distant from the front glass of the tank wich is a good advantage to take a better more clear and define close shot.
with the camera you have the 5700 is much much better than this camera for sure I havent got the opportunity to check it oput but from what I read and see is great camera
