The blue devil damsels can be very territorial/aggressive and most people regret adding them to their tanks..... Although, I've had one for several years and it is well behaved. It only harrasses any new fish for a couple of days and then totally ignores it. I wouldn't get rid of mine for love nor money .... well, maybe money

I've never owned an emperor anglefish.
