Boomer, I figured on using the 2 overflows (more or less standrard on RR tanks) to feed the sump. which should allow for 1500ish GPH flow right?

I was thinking I would have 3 @ 1 1/2 inch holes drilled in the tank to feed the CLS.

I would think this should be plenty of area to keep things from getting stuck on the bulkheads...

I have debated whether or not to drill holes in the tank for the CLS returns. the other option being going over the top. I would like at least one hole driled close to the bottome so I can set up a spray bar on the bottom of the tank without having to run a pipe all the way down the inside of the tank.

Oh yes, and I am planning on this being a BB setup.
