Unhappy Hairy looking worm, what the heck!

I found this worm coming out of one of my live rocks one night. It was red with white hairs. It did not come fully out of the rock when I saw it. The next time I noticed it was right after I fed my sea star. The worm stole the fish I fed my sea star and drug it into the rock. I was able to get some pictures of it, but the picture I uploaded was way too big to put on here. That's why it is so fuzzy, because I had to crop it to get it under 50 jpeg. (Is there any way that I can upload a photo that is around 800 jpeg?) So, what is this worm? And should I get it out of my tank? If so, how?
