Al, I bet their clamp abilities are pretty strong! I think they are very neat though. I believe (don't hold me to this at all) but I believe the Purples are the smallest of the lobsters, may only be a few inches smaller, but I remember that not only their color, but them staying a little bit smaller attracted me to them.

I believe the get to 8 inches? I could be WAYYY off, I haven't looked them up in probably a year or so.
