| Yeah i was under the impression taht zooxanthellae was a brown colour and therefore there is no such thing as a naturaly white anenome. I am no looking at buying an anenome now as i am still seting my tank up. I was just asking weither it is prefferable to ship one as apposed to buying a bleached one localy. I also dought that its because of lighting as even the ones in the display tank they have are a white colour. About the owner not knowing everything about the hobby. He is the owner of one of the biggest fish shop chains in my state. He and Underwater world over here share information with each other and he is a very knowledable person so i guess he knows what he is talking about. and therefore knows they are bleached. He also told me that he gets his stock straight of the GBR. I just hate seeing animals being hurt for no reason other then for someone to make a quick $. thanks for all the info
