Yeah I'll follow them to a TEE! So far (Since visiting the Dr) I've followed them precisely. I'm doing ANYTHING I can to avoid another operation.
I've done like John in the past but not with regards to my back/spine. This could be a "Life Changing" issue if I don't handle it correctly and I don't want to be hobbled and crippled at 37 like my brother is. I have a VERY active life style and would like to think I can continue it for a LONG time to come. I gotta get more healthy and "Back Smart" NOW!!
Julie ran into someone over the weekend who was about to have their 2nd back operation for the SAME reason. He had it and "Felt GREAT" afterwards. Since he felt so good he didn't "Follow Dr.s Orders" and now he's getting to go through it all again... that's what I am going to avoid
