Urchin carrying my zoa's away

Well my blue tuxedo urchin it picking up my frags and either keeping them on his back, or the unlucky ones get placed upside down somewhere.

I am getting rather frustrated with this, it is not the easiest to get ino the tank and it seems everytime I walk by he has 2-3 on his back.

Now, getting rid of him would not be a good idea. I am currently battleing some algae breakouts, and he is doing an amazing job at keeping the tank clean.

How do I secure my frags down? They are just on very light weight pieces of rubble. I know everyone is going to say superglue, but would I then have to take my rocks out and have that area dry to superglue them??

Also--he is not being very gentle with the zoas either. I have found two polyps that have landed in a great spot where they will not get touched, I just don't want more ruined!! So would securing them be more harmful?? It seems he may pull on them if hey are secured down, if you get what I mean.
