Re: Need donut coral advice

Well, my donut is not doing well. I posted a month ago or so that the skele broke through. I superglued the area, and that did seem to help and the area did heal up. However he has steadily gone downhill. Many of his feeder tentacles have turned white. I've decided my tank is just too bright and too strong current for him. I moved him to the fuge this morning.

Can someone please explain the process for a dip? I've never done a coral dip. I do have reef iodine on hand. Dosing strength, procedure, and length of time would be helpful. I'd like to try a dip before he is beyond any hope. Thanks.
