I agree with Wit. Any large fish will eat a tasty little shrimp. And some small fish will even go after larger shrimp (Pseudochromis comes to mind) I had a one inch purple Psuedochromis eat a 2.5 inch cleaner shrimp. (not in one bite, but you get the idea). The key is to have your shrimp established before adding fish. When you first add shrimp they are dazed and vulnerable.
