I just had to report a wonderful experience we had with this company. Many of you know we won an AquaFX Ro/DI system at MACNA last year. Well needless to say it cam with no instructions and several missing parts. Frank called them up and they could not have been more helpful. They sent us exactly what we needed as well as the instruction manual.
This is a great company to do business with. Not only that but their units are wonderful and we are now quite happy with our new system.
