The odds are not in favor of saving the anemone if that much damage was done. Keep a close eye on it, and if it becomes painfully obvious that it's going to die, get it out of the tank before it can foul the tank. This can/will happen VERY quickly, so be alert.
Very sorry to hear of the misfortune. This is why I almost never try to move an anemone. I have a Rose BTA clone that has decided to take up residence on my front glass, firmly attached to my Mag Float cleaner. Oh well, it seems happy & healthy, so it can stay there.
