Time for an update.. Long overdue. So a few of you know, I am slowly changing my talk over to SPS dominated. I have a few existing corals I intend to keep, but most of the common stuff is coming out of the tank. I have already removed a couple peices, and placed in Megans tank, and sold a couple others.
So, I was shopping around in the livestock for sale thread on RC. A guy named H@rry had a SPS frag pack for sale, with free shipping. I liked the look of the corals, so I jumped on board and bought a pack. I was able to choose the type of corals from a long list of stuff he had available. This was on Sunday. He shipped my frag pack on monday, and it arrived Tuesday. I could see quality from the moment I opened the box. It was styro lined, and had acclimation instructions right in the top of the box. I followed his acclimation procedure, and gave the frags an iodine dip, and a sea-chem reef dip. The frags are well on their way to encrusting the tile they are mounted to.
