So, I've officially had my first coronary due to my blue spot today. I go in when the lights are still out to (ok, I"ll admit it) say good morning to him.
I look in his burrow, no jawfish, I look on the other side of the burrow, no jawfish .... hmmmmmmmm I had to get my themometer from the back of the tank last night where it lost suction and floated to the top, but I knew, I just KNEW he couldn't have jumped ... so I look and look, still don't see him ... needless to say, my heart sank a bit.
I wait until the lights come on and look down and middle of tank, and there's all this sand built up around a rock with some zooanthids on it ... well, there he was poking his little head up at me. After giving him a good hard talking to, I became giddy all over again! <heh>
Have been working all day and all night tonight, so when the lights come on tomorrow, I'll see what I can do to get a couple more shots of his new burrow.
