You have quite a spread of light loving corals there. For SPS, you'll need MH. Zoas, on the other end of the spectrum, can do well under PCs. You'll want the one with a 150W MH, but the 48" will be too big for a 55 gallon. With the MH you'll have more flexibility on what you can keep, even clams if and when you want one.
