| I dunno but I could be way off base here. But I think the bottle neck is the 3 inlets feeding the pumps. Seems like you're sucking water rather than pushing it, therefore aren't getting the pressure you should. I would either try plan B or re-plumb to include more water inlets. If nothing else this is a bump.
