This is ridiculous, I'm like a kid at Christmas waking up at 6:00 in the morning to open presents. I got up before the fish on a Saturday to see if the little guy was out from hiding, of course he's not, they're all still sleeping.
You're right Nervoustime, I'm sure he'll add a lot to the tank. At the LFS when I was deciding which one to get he had me cracking up, I was actually laughing out loud when he kept popping his head out from some LR to look at me. He reminded me of a dog tilting it's head to the side when it hears a strange sound.
They seem so much more aware than most fish.
