I would run two bulbs for a couple weeks, then 3 for a week or two, then on to full bore sunshine. They've been sitting in the dark for a while now and the new bright sun is liable to give them a nasty sunburn (bleach them).

Keep a close eye on them. If they look like they're starting to wilt or anything like that, cut back on the light. You can also shorten the time that the lights are on. Don't be surprised if it takes a month to really get them used to it though.
