Carpets are one of the most difficult anemones and require quite a bit of light and room. I know you don't have the room and I doubt you have the lights. They also require very stable paramaters which are very difficult to keep in a small tank.
Do you realize how big they get? I have a friend who has a 75g tank just for his carpet and a pair of clowns. There is not room for anything else.
If you really want to get an anemone then you will be much better off with a BTA. They are much more forgiving but even those get pretty big and require strong lighting and a reasonable amount of space. I have one in my 20g tank with a pair of clowns and it pretty much takes up 2/3 of the tank when it is expanded. |
