Sounds like a great deal with a "buyer beware" clause in the fine print! I leaking tank can be repaired with attention no problem.
1st Consider why the tank is it leaking? A tank is pretty tough & there is a good reason why it sprung a leak!. Is the stand good & sturdy? Chances are the stand is a suspect why the tank is leaking. Are the top or bottom tank frame cracked in the corners? Are the top braces intact? Is it leaking along the bottom or side seams? I assume your in no hurry to get it up & running, so You can take your time to make proper repairs! The stand aside ,if the top & bottom frames are intact Go for it!
