If your gym has a sauna, I'd say hit it for a short period of time. I can only sit in one for 20 minutes, but it helps a little with the wind-down. No one would fault you for slowing down for a day, it's you walking around like you are peg legged, not us! Eat well, stretch a little and enjoy your break.
