Anemones have to do a lot of adjusting to new tank water. This is not unusual.

I'd have recommended that you waited until you have the dinoflagellates totally wiped out before getting an anemone, (changes in water parameters as you go through the fight) but you have it, so we'll do our best to help you keep it healthy...
