Well that depends, do you want a tank completely dedicated to one Anemone ? I don't remember the dimensions of the standard 65 gal but these Anemones can grow up to 3' in diameter so you need to take that into consideration.

The key is to have clownfish being hosted by the Anemone that way they would keep the other fish away and using moonlights so there's no accidental contact by other fish.
